Scaling The Heights ︎︎︎
This series of mono screenprints was made for an exhibition about Himalayan mountains and mountaineering at Durham Oriental Museum. The fluid, marbling effect created by the mono screenprint is overlayed by suminagashi marbling. Together the two techniques suggesting the twists and turns of map contours and topography, crystal formations or layers of rock sediment.
